The system is designed for up to 455,000,000 unique catalogue numbers. Every assigned banana has its own number inside this deliberately oversized universe.
Why a vault?
Because a normal “my collection” page would have been far too reasonable. The Vault turns collecting into an experience with cards, floors and unnecessary security.
